wow - very cool. Crazy stuff. If everything that is made teaches us about God's nature, then what do you all think of this? Here's a few that come to mind for me:

He understands what we're saying even when we don't get it out quite right.
He's not too concerned with perfection because we can understand each other: imperfections and all.
He didn't really care that I got axed from the third grade spelling bee on the word "indubitably" (and I still have no idea how to spell it).

Good question.

This makes me in awe of the way our brains are created, which then by natural flow makes me in awe of our Creator.

I love learning about the brain b/c there is so much about it we don't have any clue about, and I think that is good for our humility. Just when I'd like to walk around thinking I'm really smart, I'll learn a fact like we only use 2% of our brains. Seriously?!?

I was just reading Isaiah 66:1-2 today (some of my favorite verses by the way - there are only a few times when I sense a tone of sarcasm in the Lord's voice, and I hear it here.) What this verse underlines is the importance of humility -

1 This is what the LORD says: "Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool.
Where is the house you will build for me
Where will my resting place be?

2 Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?" declares the LORD. "This is the one I esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, and trembles at my word.
